All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time through the online site. No emails, phone calls, or texts messages will be accepted as a form of cancellation . If you are late more than 15 minutes, we will consider it a no show and charge 50% of the FULL price service.

Due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, we no longer allow guests to accompany any clients during their service inside or outside the treatment room. Please make prior arrangements to comply with these rules before your appointment.
